- ➤ Marshalls will open at the Shops at Soncy on 3220 Soncy Rd after construction begins in January and is set to complete on April 4, offering Amarillo shoppers a new option for affordable brand-name apparel + home goods. The project is estimated to cost $15,000,000. 96.9 KISS FM
