- ➤ IQ Car Wash is expanding with a new location at 8590 S Coulter St in Southwest Amarillo. The project started last November and will complete by June 2026 at an estimated cost of $475,000,000 (reported by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation). NewsTalk 940 AM

- ➤ The United Family and Mrs Baird’s Bread announced three Amarillo-area teachers—Terri Gately, Megan Kitchens and Stephania Hernandez—as winners in the November Teachers On The Rise program on Jan. 2, 2026.
