  • Representatives from law enforcement, non-profits, and community members gathered Tuesday morning to plant 965 pinwheels in front of The Bridge to honor each child served in the past year—highlighting efforts for Child Abuse Prevention Month. CRIME NEWS

  • Residents Taneka Desha Felder, 27, and Gustavo Morales Aguilar, 40, pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges for trying to smuggle over $2 million in fentanyl into the U.S. after admitting they purchased a vehicle days earlier to hide nearly 12 kilograms of the drug in a secret compartment before customs discovered it at a border crossing.  Amarillo Globe-News

  • Amarillo will host the West Texas Ranch Rodeo starting Sunday, April 6 when multiple competitions begin and main rounds are scheduled on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 at 7 pm.
