- ➤ Four locally-owned bookstores on 6th Street in Amarillo are hosting a week-long bookcrawl from April 20 to 26 in honor of Independent Bookstore Day, where visitors collect a hand-carved passport booklet to receive a goodie bag and enter a grand prize raffle. - ➤ Pantex cut the ribbon on its new downtown campus at Happy State Bank Building on April 15, moving over 400 employees into a 50,000-square-foot space built for better work and downtown revitalization.
