- ➤ More than 500 worn flags were exchanged in Amarillo on Memorial Day as part of America’s 250th birthday celebration organized by NewsChannel10, Scouting America & local businesses. The flags will be retired Thursday at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial with supervision by the Amarillo Fire Department. NewsChannel 10
