The Hoodoo Mural Festival will be held on September 27 at the new venue, Arts in the Sunset at the Amarillo Art Institute—providing improved parking and easier indoor setup for murals and live music.
Tickets for the event will go on sale in June.

Today, the City of Amarillo begins a trial drive-thru option for water bill payments at 623 S.
Johnson St.—citizens can use the Utility Billing Mobile Unit from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday to help gauge community interest.
After a split vote in May, incumbent Tom Scherlen will face challenger David Prescott in a runoff for Amarillo City Council Place 3 on June 7.
Early voting is set from May 27 to May 30 & from June 2 to June 3.
