- ➤ The Amarillo Fire Department responded within six minutes to a structure fire near Eagle Lane and Hackberry Drive early Saturday that destroyed a trailer home and shed—crews had the blaze under control by 8:15 a.m. and no one was injured. NewsChannel 10

- ➤ The Big Texan is facing a shortage of bull testicles needed for its popular calf fries due to a low cattle supply, marking the biggest shortage in 66 years.
