- ➤ An Amarillo federal judge removed two WT students from a lawsuit alleging that President Walter Wendler erred in canceling a drag show because the students had left the school—Spectrum WT will continue with the suit to block similar decisions. - ➤ Potter County commissioners postponed awarding a new body-transport contract on Sept. 22—extending the current deal with Jobe Mortuary Services—after funeral directors raised concerns when two justices of the peace bypassed the exclusive provider for free services.
