- ➤ Home Instead is urging Amarillo residents to join the 'Be a Santa to a Senior' program that helps local older adults feel holiday cheer—gifts will be accepted at designated drop-off sites or online from Nov. 3 with the aim of collecting 300 gifts. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ TxDOT Amarillo announced that beginning Monday, November 3 lane closures will affect State Loop 335 for crack seal operations and the center lane of southbound I-27 at the US 87 split will be closed overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday for barrier work. Additional closures on Arthur Street for roadway construction and on I-27 and I-40 for maintenance will occur from November 6 through November 8 (details provided by TxDOT). ABC 7 Amarillo
