- ➤ A Toyathon and fundraiser for Northside Toy Drive will be held on November 14 at the FirstBank Southwest Wolflin Banking Center from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., with NewsChannel 10+Amarillo College+Texas Blue Lake Pools, Inc.+Amarillo Sod Poodles+Amarillo Warbirds+FirstBank Southwest teaming up to host the live event and collect new unwrapped toys for children ages 2 to 12 and monetary donations. - ➤ Tacos Garcia, a beloved restaurant that has been at 1100 Ross St for over 30 years, announced it will move to 1619 South Kentucky in early 2026. - ➤ A series of stone monuments have been installed around Amarillo to celebrate community values as part of a project by the Osgood-Lagrone Monument Company—one piece reads 'Amarillo Is Kindness' and Galatians 5:22. More monuments will be added as the series continues. 96.9 KISS FM
- ➤ Amarillo Little Theatre will open its production of Ragtime on November 6, showing a 25-piece orchestra and over 50 cast members in a musical about hope, justice and unity.
