- ➤ Cultivating the Culture will host the Kicks and Class Sneaker Ball fundraiser on Sept. 6 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Amarillo Area Foundation — the event will feature NFL veteran Ziggy Hood and Palo Duro High School coach Eric Mims, Sr. and offer film presentations, previews, a catered dinner, and a $25 ticket to raise funds for local documentaries.
